Allison Abdelnour
Allison has had a deep connection with the Upper Arkansas River Valley her whole life. She spent her summers during college as a wrangler outfitter guide leading backcountry trips here in Chaffee County. Allison spent a year with her husband, John, traveling around the world documenting sustainable and regenerative agricultural land management practices. In 2004, they started a multimedia company in Buena Vista specializing in branding and messaging through identity design and promotional video work for non-profits and businesses. Allison has a strong commitment to helping build a more resilient future socially, environmentally, and economically for the region.
Judie Anders
Judie has been a voice for sustainable agriculture in Colorado and Oregon for more the three decades. Her passion and expertise is education: as a trainer, mentor and coach, Judie works with young farmers as they start their own farming enterprises. Judie created FarmHands - an innovative education program for kids - to work in harmony with nature and create learning experiences for children's engagement with their local farms. Connecting people back to the land and back to the farmers who grow their food completes the circle of sustainability. Judie joined the Guidestone Board in 2009 and brings a strong voice for local agriculture in the Upper Arkansas River Valley, where agriculture is so much a part of the history and economy of this bioregion.
Brian England
Brian is the manager/owner of Eddyline Restaurant and Brewery and recently moved his family from Socorro, NM to help start Eddyline. Brian brings with him nearly 10 years of experience in the restaurant business along with extensive knowledge in food purchasing and distribution. Brian is currently working with local food producers to supply Eddyline and is devoted to creating a new food economy in the Upper Arkansas Valley.
Lindsay Diamond
Lindsay Diamond is founder of Colorado Local Market, an online farmers market devoted to making local foods and other products more accessible to Central Colorado residents year-round. Lindsay brings her marketing background to Guidestone as well as a passion for buying locally. Having moved from Boulder to Buena Vista in 2009, Lindsay is excited about becoming involved in a strong and budding local foods and agricultural movement.

Erin Schieren
Erin is an entrepreneur in the Upper Arkansas River Valley having developed two successful businesses: Erin’s Organics—a geothermal greenhouse operation producing organic vegetables and herbs, and Antero Hot Springs and Chalk Cliff Hot Springs— year-round cabin rental enterprises in Nathrop, Colorado. As a past intern of Guidestone Farm, Erin has been a champion for the Guidestone Project as it finds its new home in Central Colorado.
Katie Urban
Katie Selby Urban is co-founder of South Main, a sustainable, New Urbanist neighborhood in downtown Buena Vista on the banks of the Arkansas River. South Main is a model of responsible land use and development, efficiently focusing development in an existing downtown, bringing people within walking distance of their daily needs, and creating a framework for a vibrant public realm and community. Katie brings to Guidestone her extensive knowledge of land-use and zoning and best practices for preserving our valuable open space and agricultural land. She lives in South Main and tends an organic garden in her back yard.

David Lynch, Land Link Director
David Lynch has been involved in agriculture for over 30 years and is a key player in developing Colorado’s sustainable agriculture initiative, including the development of the Colorado Organic Producers Association (COPA) and the Colorado Sustainable Agriculture Network (COSAN). David was a recent participant in the Colorado Trust Fellows, a leadership program in Nonprofit Management at Regis University. As current director for Guidestone, he is organizing a new farm project that will be a central feature of a New Urbanism development near Buena Vista, Colorado.
