Join us this fall at the Homestead for a hands-on journey into the art (and science!) of food preservation. From making Fire Cider and infused honey, to fermenting and canning, this 4 week series will teach you how to capture the flavors of the harvest and enjoy them all year long.

Whether you’re a seasoned canner or just curious about what to do with all those late-season veggies, our expert-led sessions are packed with practical tips, a cozy community spirit, and a mason jar full of goodness to take home. Come for the skills, stay for the smells—and leave with jars full of goodness!
