SNOTEL (Snow Telemetry) Monitoring Site Tour

Join us for a free field trip to see a Snotel monitoring site. Either join us for carpools / caravans at the Hutchinson Homestead, 8913 Hwy 50, at 11:15am, or park at the plowed pull out 1.3 miles west of Monarch Crest. You will need snowshoes or AT/tele gear & skins, warm winter clothing, water, food just if you need a nibble. We will leave the parking lot promptly at noon on Saturday.
