The farm is located 16 miles SE of Durango on 9.4 acres, 1/2 acre is currently under cultivation for produce on raised beds. Included in the 1/2 acre are two 26' x 96' high tunnels, with the remaining cultivated area fenced and irrigated. In addition, the farm has a 16' x 20' heated greenhouse which is used as a plant nursery. I'm looking for someone to operate the farm, where I provide all the equipment, etc. Seasonal housing (April 1 to Nov 1) will be available on the location.

I'm looking for someone to operate the Farm, sell at the Durango Farmer's market, and through the Southwest Farm fresh online cooperative. I strongly believe in local food systems and sustainable farming practices. I'm looking for someone with the energy and drive to take the farm to the next level. No upfront capital required.
