Program Cancellation and Refund Policy – Note – this policy has been updated in 2024 and no longer accurate
All programs must have at least 4 students to run. We will notify you at least two days in advance of the program start date if it must be canceled due to low enrollment. If your child is enrolled in a program that Guidestone cancels due to low enrollment, you can choose to switch to another program or receive a full refund.
If you must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations up to the week prior to the program will receive a full refund less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations within the week of the program will result in a 50% tuition refund if we cannot fill the student’s spot in the class and a full refund less a $25 administrative fee if we can fill the student’s spot. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Last-Minute Medical or Unforeseen Emergency Cancellation – In the event that a student becomes ill or injured or experiences an unexpected family emergency prior to the start of a program, we can transfer them to another available program. If they are unable to attend another available program, a full refund less a $25 administrative fee will be received.
