Robin’s Restaurant has been a well-known and widely loved Salida breakfast and lunch spot since 2019. Caroline Watson, the current owner, started as the general manager, June of 2019 when Robin’s’ doors first opened. She then took ownership in June of 2021, greatly improving the customer service and food quality. Caroline developed a love for food at a very young age, easily understanding the importance of food and how it can be expressed and shared amongst people. Since taking over, Robin’s food emanates that importance through each dish and experience. Something that makes Robin’s unique is the staff. Not only is Caroline a very involved and hands-on boss, but her employees make customers feel welcomed back each and every time they come. Regulars have quickly turned into friends and family, and with this quality, it makes Robin’s a welcoming and joyful place to work.
