Local Mushroom Farming & Bioremediation Projects
Tylor is a passionate Citizen Mycologist, a graduate of the Integrative Healthcare Program at MSU Denver, a dedicated father, a loyal husband, a motivated entrepreneur, and a mushroom farmer in the San Luis Valley of Colorado. He is now the proud owner of a tent-to-table mushroom eatery that is located in the back space of the organic eatery called Breads and Botanicals. Tylor and his family are focusing on producing organically grown gourmet mushrooms to use in food that can be found at the cafe, use in extracts that are sold in the cafe, and sell to the local population as fresh as possible.
